Founder of Crabapple Coaching,
Mariella runs her coaching practice from a log home secluded
in 50 acres of wilderness. She will coach in person or by
telephone – across Ontario, throughout Canada and
internationally.

an MBA, specializing in human resources management and
marketing from the University of Western Ontario
Ø
Trained
at the Adler School of Professional Coaching and is working
toward certification with the International Coach Federation
Ø
Received
extensive training and experience in communications over the
past 20 years, including facilitation training with ICA
Associates Inc.

Holds
membership in the International Coach Federation (ICF), the
Canadian Society of Training and Development (CSTD), and The

Centre, an agency of the Government of Ontario

as a communications professional in Public Health for 8
years, in the areas of health promotion and health
protection, during the Walkerton E.coli tragedy, the
SARS outbreak, and the implementation of smoke-free bylaws

Worked
at IBM in Toronto, Ottawa an Vancouver, in an
education/technical capacity
Ø
Collaborated
in the establishment and management of a law practice, acted
as a consultant in the computer industry, and published
journal articles as a freelance writer
